Possibly? Old traditions could be kept alive through generations, especially in people who were from vaults.
As for people who come from tribes, like Lanius, I doubt they celebrate the same things. If anything I'd assume that the legion would lean towards roman holidays like saturnalia...or caesarmas. I mean there's only space for one fat, fluffy guy after all.
